For all the people that can't afford a Therapist. AI will first offer Therapy. From that it well quickly become more effective than most Therapist as there are a whole load of low skill Therapist. Only high end Therapist will be in work.

Thank you, guys. This was super helpful and very validating to hear. I’m just the other side of a successful grievance against my manager. I wonder if you have any advice for returning to work with such a person after they’ve been told they’ve been a poor manager and been told to take extra training. How do you walk back into an environment like that and work with the same person? This is the dilemma I now face :/

Thank you for sharing, and fair play to you for standing up for yourself here! It's definitely a difficult situation, but here are a few strategies to consider: 1. Set Clear Boundaries: Keep interactions professional and focused on tasks, ensuring mutual respect. 3. Document Interactions: Maintain a record of important conversations or concerns, just in case issues resurface. 3. Assume Positive Intent: While it’s fair to be cautious, allow your manager the chance to demonstrate improvements post-training. I know you posted a month ago so I hope progress is being seen and you're happy in your current work environment!

Fantastic podcast... Adrian is a fantastic fella. Known him for at least 12 years from our time in South Africa. I class him as one of my closest friends
