World's best t1 player and leader of the former Mirage team here: There are a few tips I want to give to the participants: -Firstly, learn the proper playstyles and weaknesses of every ship you're using, each ship has its own specific role that it excels at, for example, the FGS S41 is an excellent frontline ship as it's invulnerable to missiles and can survive for a very long time but has very low effective range, the 022 can abuse its GL for some op techniques that I won't mention, it can solo any ship in the game but plays best as a support, easily the best t1 ship in squads, it's vulnerable to aircrafts though so best stick with a teammate for extra survivability, Fort Worth, having high camera angle and enormous burst dmg, is an excellent static defense ship, Hayabusa is the ultimate peakaboo when using camlock, it can shoot missiles without exposing a pixel of its hull, Golok is bad overall but has a very good config for missile spamming so you can use it to deny the enemy acess to certain areas of the map, Hurricane is just a worse Hayabusa, Sovetsk has abolutely busted AA from the rear so it can (techically) be used for some shenanigans... -Secondly, use proper weaponry, I see a lot of bad weapon loadout choices like the melara/bofors cannon, the chinese heli or the griffin missile. Having good weaponry is a HUGE advantage so try not to waste it. -Tier one gamepay is like chess, try to position your ships in a way that puts every allied ship in a good position to use its strengths, i've seen a lot of mistakes on positionning here too so try to improve it, it will greatly imporove your efficiency.
