Afraid not According to the rules if your bey stops spinning at all or starts spinning the opposite direction that it was launched in that counts as a loss

I have actually been using it myself recently. I wouldn’t really openly say I recommend it due to the sheer amount of fakes on it. But if you know how to spot them you can find some pretty good deals on there

I just checked, its $20 to ship to uk which is more expensive than it used to be, 14 for shipping is quite steep. I remember it being cheaper. You may be better off getting hasbro versions in person in smyths, game or the entertainer as they use the same die casts as takara tomy (for now but ill stay optimistic that it’ll stay that way) if you want takara and nothing but I’ve recently been using ali express to middling results. Sometimes you get the wrong random booster bey after you order it and theres a lot of fakes on it but if you keep your head screwed on you can find real beys for pretty cheap. (Also helps if you have the beyblade x app to make sure they are real by scanning the qr code on the boxes and each qr code you scan gives you a 0.7% chance of winning cobalt drake)

What about height? Im pretty sure upper height means good for smash attack while lower height means good for upper attack.

Im actually working on an updated version of these older videos right now Height wasnt as big a deal in burst as it is now but low height is good for attack to do more damage getting under the opponents blade and having more height is better for stamina

@@Milgo A smash attack (Japanese: スマッシュ攻撃こうげき), originally called a down attack (Japanese: ダウン攻撃こうげき), refers to any Attack that strikes and drives the enemy Bey from above, as opposed to horizontally or upwards like most attacks. Traditionally, parts with Smash Attack capability usually possess concave design elements which allow the Beyblade to strike the enemy Bey down towards the ground during collisions. Smash Attacks briefly disrupts the angular momentum of an enemy Bey by slams them against the stadium floor. If its six dollars its probably fake For burst beys its quite simple Check the screws if they are tri winged if they aren’t they’re definitely fake Older beys you have to check thinks like product codes Fastest way to check would be asking on the midfakecheck subreddit

In previous generations hasbro has been slightly to significantly worse than takara but with beyblade x they all use the same mould when being made so they are practically the same now As for buyblades ive never heard of it before so i wouldn’t know if its safe unfortunately

I take it you mean a mix of attack and defence for burst and not beyblade x A combo i always liked for that would be roar Longinus over drift The longinus chip has metal on it so it will give the bey better inward weight distribution and therefore knockout defence, the over disc being perfectly round will also give it goof life after death and drift is just imo the best driver in the game and can either be used passively or agressively based on launch technique, the roar blade is a special case, it has two contact points either side that generate a decent amount of recoil but as it gets closer to bursting it swaps to a more defensive mode and these wings pop out to make it more rounded to better deflect attacks. Downside of this combo is each part comes from a different set and roar comes from a random booster so can get quite pricey The cheapest way you can get a mostly decent combo would probably be the greatest raphael over xtend plus booster but id suggest replacing the raphael blade asap as its pretty inconsistent. Leaning more into attack you could also just use the stock loginus chip, blade and disc on a stamina driver for a really passive but still dangerous stationary attack combo In beyblade x the same holds true with shark edge 360 needle As for the evolution driver you were asking about it all comes down to practice, as the rubber wears down before its perfectly flat it can be very inconsistent but once it is itll be the most aggressive driver in burst albeit very hard to control and prone to self KOs, i would normally prefer xtreme or even quick over it but with enough practice it should be incredibly hard to beat. Its best with a banked launch and maybe not launched full force unless you are really really confident with it

Theres a fair few at the moment (though one you’re probably not going to be able to get) Theres the dran line being Dran Sword, Dran Dagger and Dran buster (sword being my favorite of the three) sword is like a middle-ground between the two with buster being more aggressive and unbalanced focusing all of its weight into one point and dagger being a bit more passive but controllable Then there’s cobalt drake which is the heaviest bey in x but you could only get it via an event thats now over on the Japanese beyblade x app And cobalt dragoon (which releases on july 13th) the first left spin x bey

I dont know too much about the hasbro stadiums but there’s two official takara tomy sets the standard stadium and wide. Wide is more for fun and lets you use more than two beys but the standard is whats used in tournament play and would really be the only one id use personally I cant really speak much on weiss tiger either as i don’t actually have it yet and its recent enough theres not that much testing done on it but just from looking at it it should be a pretty decent balance type

Defense types are severely underpowered this gen... Hopefully Black Shell will be good. Edit: I'm mainly talking about in the meta, but they still have a nice chance if you're just trying some fun with friends.

It feels like every gen theres one type that ends up having more of an advantage, in mfb it was defence, burst was stamina and now seems like its attack I still have hope for defence but putting them on sharp tips just feels like a bad idea to me, imo i think gear ball is probably the best defensive tip rn (though a lot of people disagree) because of its mobility, better LAD than needle and the extra gears giving it the chance to recover and counterattack after getting pushed to the xtreme line I think black shell (just from looking because i dont have it yet) would probably be better suited to anti attack than pure defence because of how its contact points are but hopefully i think it could be seen in some tournament placements

Unfortunately yes 🙁 but to try and make it more fair i will launch the bey with the most stamina first to make it have less of an impact on results

Really it varies from tip to tip but generally to conserve stamina on a pointed tip youll want to launch flat to keep the amount of contact to the stadium low and conserve energy (without loss through friction)

Hey, I know it's late and all. But I just picked up Shark Edge (or "keel shark", which is dumb) and came back to some of the old beyblade x videos i had browsed. Good call on the shark edge. It's Hasbro Stock Combo/Prize Booster Combo has both the lowest height ratchet 3-60, and a Low-Flat bit. You basically called it. I love this sharknado bey. It's cool!

Love the video! Getting back into beyblade and it's so fun to see this new gen. A side note, I feel your background music is too loud and it's hard for me to listen to your commentary. Either make it a lot more quiet or actually omit it completely.you could have music to start but slowly fade it away if you wanna do that too. Looking forward to your comeback!

Hey would just like to point out that you made a balance type video and completely left out unite or more preferred unite dash. That should have been the main driver you said that combines all three modes instead of quattro. It has solid defense and really good stamina and because of the rubber on the outside of it, it goes for crazy counterattacjs while being very hard to knock out of the stadium and unite dash also has insane burst resistance. I dont mean to sound rude, i was just a little disappointed that you didnt even consider unite dash in the video.

Understandable Personally I always thought that drift did pretty much the same thing but better. Sure trying to get it to attack is a little more inconsistent if its worn down but it has arguably the best LAD and opposite spin, dont think unite is bad by any means just outclassed by more recent parts

@@Milgo I don't have drift so I wouldn't know. I just think that unite is such a cool driver and causes spriggan to do some cool movements. It's probably my favorite driver in the franchise because it's fun and consistent. It may not be the best but I really like it so I was a little disappointed when it didn't even get mentioned in the video.

No actually the x and z chips can be used on either zone or on xceed Another fun bit of trivia is the hasbro versions of the chips also work on the takara tomy drivers and vice versa, only difference being theyre made of plastic and not metal so it would have a sight difference in performance Edit: checked the video now know what you mean, think i used the wrong graphic lol but the original point still stands up
