Unbelievably good!,Just a quick off-topic question: I have TRC20 USDT in my OKX wallet and I have the recovery phrase: 「pear flame keen lift shine genuine photo other wire motion pact common」. What is the best way to transfer them to Binance?

Remember if someone is a ChFC but NOT also a CFP, it’s probably because they are unable to pass the CFP exam.

The CFP website diminishes the ChFC a bit, basically saying that the CFP is the "standard of excellence" and implying that the ChFC is lesser. Most independent sources rank them exactly the same, and some even point out the ChFC requires more testing. I agree the CFP is a mark of excellence, however it does not stand alone as the standard, the ChFC shares the same spot at the top. No dis on the CFP, only respect, however the ChFC is not the little brother to the CFP, they are identical twins.

I noticed that if you become a Certified Financial Planner and if you take an additional 3 classes you can become a ChFC.

Would a strategy that could hold some merit (assuming the portfolio was large enough) was to be invested in a fund that pays good dividends (think Vanguard's dividend appreciation fund). During the good years dividends would go as cash to the client's bank account for spending while during the bad years they would be set to reinvest and the client could live off those dividends from the good years. Maybe combined with an annuity for consistent income as well. Thoughts? Thanks!

That is one possible solution- cash flow from cash bucket reduces risk and proper allocations to address withdrawals helps enhance returns and reduce risk

In a case where a fraudulent Trust was created through Undue Influence & Lack of Capacity: Let's say the document is determined to be VOID by the court and the valid pre-existing Trust is accepted as the correct one. How do the beneficiaries then collect their rightful inheritance? Does the probate judge order the stolen assets to be returned and distributed according to the valid Trust document terms? How does that work? It gets extremely complicated when there's a 'bad Trustee' who is adversarial towards the beneficiaries and steals all the Trust assets.

What if you borrow $900,000 from a $1mm life insurance policy and then transfer the policy to an ILIT and do not make any payments on the outstanding loan?

Could you explain the negative impact of sequence of returns risk during the accumulation phase of a portfolio, investing in index funds with 60:40 equity:debt allocation for a 25 year investment duration for retirement and how to deal with it
@stewardshipmatters
@stewardshipmatters 3 жыл бұрын
John there are not any negatives on sequence of return risk During Accumulation. In retirement is complex answer and depends on what is available at that moment in time- bond yields in various types- tax rates, risks on dividend stock and much more. Not a simple product or allocation to deal with distribution

@@stewardshipmatters Thanks for your response ... Let me rephrase my doubt ... lets say i have 25 years for accumulation phase, how do I manage my asset allocation to handle a big crash on the 24th year .... do i stick with a fixed allocation throughout 25 years with rebalancing or do i reduce equity in a stepwise manner as the years reduce ... is there any strategy for this situation

@@johnclukosereloaded Now I understand what you were asking- yes as you get closer to liquidation or distribution event it makes sense to de risk or move a portion into cash or low risk to the anticipated need such as RMD requirements in IRA account. The concept of segmented buckets addresses this concern and the de risk to accomplish with high confidence.
