Thanks for the review. I watched your video a couple of years ago-before I purchased my first verve used. I am glad that I found the review again, because I just purchased another used verve 2. Could you tell me what handlebar grips and mirrors that you use? Thanks, Randy
@ShabLee3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for commenting. I believe everything we have is Bontrager. I recommend the handlebar mount for your phone. The grips are just a wide gel grip, the mirror was a cheap handle bar mount, and the seats were upgraded as well. All items bought from our local Trex dealer. We also have the small Bontrager cube lights which still work very well. Hopefully this helps

These products do not promise weight loss. You have to eat clean & healthy foods. The Keto OS system does what is says and will help you burn fat if you're eating well. You can't eat McDonald's and Taco Bell all the time, that's so unhealthy!

It’s not a magic pill!!! As you drink them you listen to your body ... if your not hungry don’t eat... within 9 months I learned low carb and intermittent fasting and lost 100 pounds... it took me 13 days to feel something... it’s brain energy body energy , better sleep, appetite suppression so keto os is a powerful tool!!!!

As a owner of the verve 2 2019 model i,d liked to say its not the best made bike on the market.the reason i said that is because it does,t absorb the bumps very well.Especially the front fork and tire.I don,t think it was worth what i paid for it.Also it scratches easy.
@ShabLee5 жыл бұрын
yooper upnorth thanks for the comment. I definitely think it’s more of a paved ride, with a little crushed gravel. I’d definitely say if you’re riding over 40% crushed gravel this isn’t the bike for you.

Iv been vegetarian for almost 3 years and thinking about going back to eating meat, I’m thinking for introducing fish back in first and then small amounts of chicken. Also keeping away from the highly processed stuff might help I think. Just scared of getting stomach pains and all that.
@ShabLee5 жыл бұрын
Pennyphipps I was kind of scared too of intestinal problems, but I handled it very well. I think fish or shrimp would be a great idea. Start with extremely small amounts like 2-4 oz and only have it for one meal. It’s no different from going from meat to vegan you don’t just want to jump right in.

im in the same boat right now,,, i havent ate meat yet but i know i need to and i am terrified ill end up with horrible stomach pains or barf ...! i have been vegitarian for about 3 years now.. on occasion i got served meat items from taco bell (i know- bad) , and the first time i was so pissed off i angry cried and felt disgusted right inside taco bell at the table.. the server messed up and felt terrible. its happened on more than one occasion.. it made my syomach feel heavy when i accidently ate half a doritos loco taco with the meat in it... i didnt get sick but its stuck in my head that i will.. i fear i have psychologically damaged my mind set about meat... i read a blog today that explained symotoms i am having, such as low to no energy, hair falling out more than usual, always hungry, craving more bad carbs and sugars ect... and learned that people get b12 in meat and also iron and i think ive messed up my metabalism due to quiting meat. before i quit, i was 147. i am now way bk up there,, lets jus say in the 2s and i feel my worst again. i had lost 80 lbs in 6 months before i went vegitarian because i did a low carb fiet, and meal replacement protein shakes and worked out 1 to 2x a day for 15 to 1 hour.. whatever i was feeling.. i felt great then.. now im so lost. i am thinking of starting with peppered turkey breast from the grocery deli... i think itll be the easiest for me since its light... and then maybe grass fed chicken breast. .. but im so scared. bravo to you! hope i can get back there myself.

Brianna Kaye thank you for the response. The fact is the more research you do the more you will find vegan foods aren’t even vegan friendly. Bees are forced to pollinate, there is bone meal in potting soil; it’s the circle of life. I try to not eat lots of meat and get it in the most humane way possible. Check out your local Aldi’s or Trader Joe’s for some free roaming meats. Start with about 3oz of grilled chicken breast and some veggies you’ll be happy you went back. Best of luck to you.

Mike Dorn I’m guessing you’re carrying a double stack firearm? I have no issues, but maybe try pulling the tab out “away from you” then up. I’ve seen some people getting the grip caught when trying to clear their pants. Otherwise maybe try moving the holster to a different position?..

hey man quick question off topic of this video. I just watched your pros and cons video. I'm actually moving to Oregon in a week. I'm asking you to be honest with me.. me being a young black man.. how well do you think I will be accepted? would you accept me? I'm not race baiting or anything I'm asking genuinely. because I'm about to move my life up there.
@hollysbandtosleevejourney11367 жыл бұрын
Omega tron there are not many black people there... but I don't think they are racist. It's just you would be a bit of a minority to be honest
@ShabLee7 жыл бұрын
Omega tron To be honest I didn't see a lot of black people there, and I think it's just the lack of sun, and things to do. I'm not trying to insinuate that all people of color prefer rap, but there isn't a big hip hop scene. Sure they do have white supremacists, but what city doesn't? There are lots of Latinos, Indians, and Asians in the area, and I've never seen any racist incidents towards them nor have I had any from them in return. You will find tons of diversity, but you won't find many black urban environments. Hope this helped, it's an amazing and beautiful place.

Shab A Thank you! I mean I have visited a few times but not enough to really get a judgement. but I never seen any black people up there when I visited. and I'm honestly okay with there not being black urban neighborhoods. I just want to be accepted. I want to have the same opportunities as everyone else. I work hard for everything I have. but I heard black or often over looked for things up their for simply being black. I know what I'm saying is kinda all over the place so please forgive me.

Hey man! I read the title and started the video and already thought of my comments and you go and mention them in the comments - first of all, age is a big factor, I'm 29, I like you, go to the gym but I can't out train my shitty diet, I'm eating too big portions and the wrong food! Every time I weigh myself I'm the heaviest I have been, my waist band is creeping up about an inch a year! About one year ago I was losing weight and that's when I was going the gym 12 times a week (no BS). I need to sharpen up my diet, kinda hard, love food man! You say you lost 70lbs though man, did you do that through exercise alone? Or diet? Your triceps looks good also, just a compliment. It's a hard game, but I think you got to get your heart in the right place. Keep up the good work and let us know how you get on with the diet.
@ShabLee7 жыл бұрын
jackfordmac Appreciate the comment. I lost the majority of my weight through diet, I stopped drinking soda and kept my calories around 2000 with protein around 190 grams, carbs 200 and fats under 50. I had no problem loosing as long as I didn't cheat. But when I did chest it was big, and not just one meal. Say dinner I would have a burger, and then a few drinks. That was enough to put weight on me 3 or 4 pounds that would take me another week to take off. So i just remained in the vicious cycle for almost a year. When you workout a lot you have to eat a lot, but clean. I wasn't getting the clean calories I needed. So I have decided to focus on less gym time, and more on my diet and cycling. We have recently switched to vegetarian, and going to vegan.
