Not sure, I just followed the story and tried to maxed out everyone satisfaction level. Maybe one of the character gave the castle after his / her level reach certain point.

That happened to me as well. Probably the game's bug. You can try changing the road back and forth though, sometime it might trigger the rebuild.

Not 100% sure, but it looks like they will lose weight when they do training. However, according to the game manual, certain moves will deliver more power if the wrestler is heavy.

No, as long as the rent (or the amount the tenant can afford to pay) is still higher than the room's upkeep. However, if possible, it's still better to make the rent fee slighly lower than the tenant's income.

Just put seat of two/four however many and just circle it with European decor or facility indicated by bird with top hat(the drinking bird but small) logo It changed from the tree logo tea wabi-sabi style to bird European style
