Try dumbell lateral raises, you can go lighter on them and do them with good form.

There’s no chance you’re gonna get a good workout if you’re doing just 5 exercises in total. You should probably split upper body into push and pull days if you want to really see optimal results

@babybrentgaming1675 if anything 5 different exercises a day per muscle group.is over training. If you are doing 3 sets per exercise that's 15 sets in total. If you are training hard and close or to failure that is PLENTY or even too much You must be one of them guys that does a set of 12 reps easy with no challenge. It's just all junk volume. The real money sets are the ones that count.

@ firstly I don’t appreciate the pointless attempts to insult me in your reply and secondly what I was referring to is the fact you aren’t going to get a full upper body workout done in 5 exercises and as I was saying that’s why you should split your upper body into a push (triceps, shoulders, chest) and a pull (biceps, back) day if you are only going to be doing 15 sets in the gym

People make sure to brace your lower core by breathing in. The reason is in this case this way is amazing but you want to round your upper back/ the part of your back by your chest and not round the lower back when stretching up in the beginning position. Getting into the habit of being able to round your upper back upwards - idk how to describe it - instead of arching your lower back is such a game changer for various back movements
