What a race by Levi Knuth. We’ve known hes an expert tactician but this race was exceptional. Truly a generational athlete and racer.
stopping during the race and getting a burger, and then coming back was always my go-to strategy as well . . . it really works!

Volleyball cross training does wonders for the VO2 Max. But mostly it builds mental toughness in a way that interval training can never match.

Last track season I qualified to regionals with a. 4:41 1600m in D2 in ohio. 3rd place was 8 seconds ahead and I got 2nd to last at regionals with 3rd to last being 7 seconds ahead. I feel no accomplishment after watching this.

I like how the top 8 finishers all came across in pairs: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 . . . their times just hundredths (thousandths! millionths!) of seconds apart.
