My mother in hospital with dementia. Her PCP said it was the hospital Dr responsibility to fill out the paperwork. The hospital Dr says it's her PCP responsibility. I'm in SC so that may not help.

Dude, you’re so full of crap. I don’t like HR either. It’s bad employers or employees. You’re a liar and a fraud. Promote your business by telling the truth.

The main thing is do not work with women and never ever allow yourself to be caught alone with a woman. Keep conversations with women at work to a bare minimum and never sociallize with women you work with off work in any way. Stay safe!!!!

Love your videos and especially this one. Some of my colleagues who get “hollow verdicts” in MVA cases (meaning $300k or $500k or more in verdict with like a $50k or $100k insurance policy (verdict will be knocked down to the policy) does not require anything special. In bi cases , with very large insurance coverage available and catastrophic injuries requires an immense amount of work (basically at least completion of discovery) and convince the other side that they will get destroyed in court. It takes a long time

This is what I learned. If you initially send an email to your superior and they verbally communicate an answer because they like to switch things down the road and want nothing in writing then is best to send them a follow up about the conversation for your records.

Have a question what if you are injured give Dr restrictions employer instantly puts you on leave and workman's comp and then you have co workers showing up at your house telling you to drop workman's comp get medical restrictions lifted so can back to work also have customers you run into ask you why you no longer work for the company and then also have another employee call you and inform you that there was a meeting talking about you and doing a vote if they was having you come back and they wasn't going to let you return all this in a couple of months from getting injured at work what are you suppose to do when employer hasn't informed you that your fired there waiting for a time period to pass so they can do it

I got last Wednesday (July 24, 2024). Prior to that the folks from HR spoke a lot with me regarding my absenteeism, even though I explained to them with a doctor's note stating that I missed those days due to my epileptic seizures. On the termination letter, however, no mention was made about my absenteeism. Instead they said that I was "aggressive" during an incident in December 2023. They did not specify what that incident was. Although I have no wish to go back to work for them, I would love to sue the living daylights out of them.

Do you cover the post effects of suing a former employer? I remember my pre-employment questionaries asking if I have sued a former employer. I always answered NO. Why? Because I am pretty sure if I answered YES, the offer would be immediately rescinded. Right? I always assumed that bringing a lawsuit against an employer would mean my imminent retirement because no one would hire me afterwards. I have told my kids HR is absolutely NOT there for them.

All departments are "profit centers". They have to save the company money. This is why accounting will cheat you on your expense reports, company lawyers generate lawsuits against competitors, and why HR will replace you for a cheaper worker either domestically or internationally.

Few years ago, I was starting to see bulling towards me at work, from different supervisors, one day I snapped and went to their manager, I told her everything that was happening and said "this is bordering on harassment" lololol everybody backed down, that was 10 years ago. I've been with this company 30 years, I'm leaving when I'm ready to leave there isn't going to be any "quiet firing" of any sort.
