This what you have seen is called a diesel runaway its either you runaway or cut its source of air thats diesel engines should have a shut off valve

That's not how you're supposed to use fire extinguishers. You go ZAP ZAP ZAP ZAP etc., not ZAAAAAAAAAP like they did. Reason being you extend the time of use and are suffocating the fire anyway. If you do it like they did, you end up with an empty bottle within a few seconds and no reserve if it fires up again (hot parts, fuel fumes).

Great teamwork! I'm sad about that loss, but happy that you have an awesome team to extinguish the fire. You might want to add a battery cut off on your test set and run the test vehicle on its auxiliary battery. This might help with other 💥's. Diesel's may continue to run without a battery. But you'd feel safer for having it. Just a suggestion.

I have an 03 3500 that I’ve had for almost 20 years now. It has a 6.7 long block with good parts in it and a big input shaft all billet shafts transmission. I started to go down the road of making a lot of power and starting to sled pull it more. I didn’t want to take the interior out or modify the truck itself too much because I didn’t want to ruin it. I hope you can get it put back together.

About halfway through the video, I was going to comment that Red Delicious should be rebuilt, but back to a 1400-1600hp rock solid, reliable daily driver. Something that the public would still see out and about. But, then I got to the end of the video. 😂 Every performance shop needs a vehicle to push the limits, and I'm glad you're going to continue pushing those boundaries with Red!
