Am also a millennial and I agree with the fact that most of us were not well prepared and are actually getting to know about purpose way later.all in all I believe it's never too late and this conversation is actually helpful because we have young ones and we now know better and will be keen to point them towards the right direction.thankyou Charis and Betty for a profound dialogue👌

Thank you for sharing your stories with us. It takes courage to be vulnerable. The only part I didn't agree with a 100 percent was the part about the vision carrier. Sometimes a man can have a really great woman who carries the vision and he leads by serving her for example The late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Jesus led his disciples by being a servant so I think leadership isn't only about taking charge but also giving space and serving. God bless you and keep on.

For instance, Joyce Meyer and the likes are strong women who are the vision bearers but then the man who supports this kind of a woman in the background and behind the scenes is even stronger... So yes I agree with you, the woman can be the vision bearer.
