The tax of having such a unique taste, a few views because the most of music listeners are listening to crap nowadays. Be happy with the small community, this is the real charm.

I think every generation has a great amount of people who romanticize their youth. When things were new and we start learning about ourself and the world around us. Those new experiences really stick to the memory bank, and vividly.

I remember listening to this playlist quite a bit back in 2019-2020 then forgetting it, but now I'm getting back to the -waves and overall mall and documentary music. These genres are always so calming, too bad the malls now are either dead or sanitised (everything is now white and grey).

I just happened to stumble upon this while I had been checking out a 1990 Carcass live gig. Why it’s turned up onto the algorithm I’ve no idea whatsoever, but discovering there are so many different kinds of music genres like this terminology VaporWave is concerned.? Kinda makes Me feel a bit more relaxed within my own skin and I’m happy 😊 that it exists. Not solely for my own enjoyment, but moreover for anyone else still awake at 4 AM est lolol ❤ Greetings from Boston Massachusetts ( This one goes out to all you guys and gals currently on the graveyard shift saving lives of those who cannot fend for themselves and whom are still killing themselves in doing this thankless job for peanuts; kinda like my own lil’ strumpet who I admire and adore 🥰 selfless as she is)

I love this song so much, if music has existed for billions of years this isn't even a taste of what we're capable of in terms of complexity, music controls almost everything, energy in motion controlling your emotions, there is something original inside of us full of rhythm and music that has nothing to do with the physical, many dimensions of music, we speak things into existence create worlds and beings out of songs, do you think that in all of these dimensions of music we are just trying to remember a replicate something that came from heaven? before the physical.😊 I'm nihilist so I don't believe in all that this world is full of hatred, and the only thing that it generates is novelty and pain a food source for lesser species, like a vampiric a weak genetic strain of your soul feeding off of what you call junk dna the stuff that keeps this reality going, your ego will keep you distracted from going with in and much worse Uni-verse means one song Rhythm is a hermetic principle I want to learn how to play the saxophone now, I love the vibes.❤

There is a restaurant chain called "John's Incredible Pizza" that you can still eat at and it looks EXACTLY like this kind of aesthetic. This chain is also the CLOSEST EQUIVALENT to a real life Freddy Fazbear's Pizza (of course without the man behind the slaughter crap) and they actually have an indoor rollercoaster in it as well. There are even themes dining halls of whatever preference you like that you can eat your pizza in. And surprisingly, the pizza is actually pretty good! (Sorry for the rambling. This picture just reminded me of that pizza place. But yeah! Go check it out!)

It's 1986 and I am 10 years old again at the mall with mom. She just got me a Hardy Boys book from Bookland and an Orange Julius.....and she let me throw a penny into the mall fountain.

If you were born in a certain era, malls were not just concrete monuments to commerce: they were rallying points for you and your friends, somewhere to assemble, to converse, to eat, to loiter when it was too hot to do anything else. These were not just storefronts; they were cultural touchstones, the loci around which extracurricular activities centered. Now they're crumbling, mostly, and falling into disrepair. Skylights shattered, mold and vines and dirt cluttering the walkways, choking escalators that have not moved for years at a stretch. A few remain in good shape, and I live close to one of them: the King of Prussia mall, second-largest in America, and one of the few of its type that has never lost popularity. Probably because of where it is located, it never will. But we thought that about all the malls that ended up hollow husks of dead storefronts, faded signage, and smudged windows. These buildings still have enormous potential. They are a skeleton upon which we might build something more useful, something beneficial; exactly what, I don't know. But something. I have no idea why I'm typing this here. But the music and the mood made me really wistful for used to be and eager to see those precious places in my recollection transformed into something vibrant again.

I don’t know why, but I classify this type of music as melodic rock. To me, this isn’t vapor wave which ik is weird but it feels wrong to call it that. That’s what my playlist is called; melodic rock. Love the genre tho
