The first step lines up perfectly, but after extending out the Y transform down the line all of the steps slide, including the first one; any thoughts on why this might be? I'm running the walk cycle for twenty seconds, that being 480 frames, but on closer inspection the issue occurs any time I add a Y transform keyframe beyond the 2.23m of the first step. I can make it work to a degree by manually changing all the frames of the second step to have the same forward distance as the first step, but that'll be nearly five hundred manual changes if I try that method further.

Thanks for watching. I'm not really sure why u can't adjust the foot slippage with the last "Y" keyframe. The first 2 "Y" keyframes set the angle for the 3rd to line up to. I redid this "no foot slip walk cycle" to see if there's an error. All worked well. Make sure the length is set correctly in the NLA editor. Hope it works out for you.
