What layout do you use for your fitness/health planner? I love that. Also were did you print your prompts/headers

l notice the match my planner spread moods. I have used them I change my out look on Iilfe when things get kind rough.

I'm not sure what to do. Here we're in July. I haven't even started working on my planner. Idk where to even start. Should I start from Jan and then work my way down to July? Or would it be wise to start in July, then Aug, Sept etc? I've never been this far behind, and I do mean never. I've had several heath issues in regards to my back, etc.Thanks for any advice 😊

What you said about not wanting to use a sticker book because then it would be all gone really resonated with me. I'd love to hear more of your thoughts on how to avoid hoarding stickers or other planner supplies. I have planner companion packs that I hoard because they're SO beautiful. But I bought them to *use* them. 😅

It's relativity. Time is relative. The more time you are aware of, the faster it goes. When we were kids our mind was not aware of much time, so everything seemed so long. We may not be able to consciously recall all the time we have been alive, but our brain is aware of all the time. Love the turtle, can't remember if I got them or not. Will have to check. I have punch my print outs wrong so many times it isn't funny anymore. The last time I just put sticker paper over the side that was punched that wasn't suppose to be. I also have cut my sheets wrong, too many times to count! You are not alone.

It's been almost 10.5 months since my knee replacement and it still bothers me almost every day. The surgeon says it is time to have the other knee done and I'm saying whoa there cowboy, let this one heal first. Doing the physio is tough enough with a healthy sidekick, and I don't think it would be easy with the other knee still hooped. 39 years of teaching and standing on concrete floors all day will do it! Tell hubby not to wait....recovery is easier when you're not in your 70s like me.
