What did you expect? Property doesn’t keep itself up. That he had such terrible taste likely did not aid in its preservation.

There’s one thing I love about Lee. He had a fabulous head of hair. A legend.🎹👏👏

I was in Liberace's mansion in the West Hollywood hill. It had a piano shaped pool and a very large ballroom with a full hotel style bar where you could sit and enjoy the view of LA. I felt like I was in the Beverly Hillbilly's mansion (on the inside).

Hello my name is Michael Haberland and I filmed the video. This was in 2000 or 2001 at Capozzoli's restaurant on Maryland and DI. I had just moved to Las Vegas in February 2000. My buddy and I saw Cook E Jarr at the Carnival Court at Harrahs and Cook said meet me at Capozzoli and bring your camera. The 3 singers are Bob Anderson (impressionist) Pete Wilcox (Elvis) and Clint Holmes who had a headline show in Harrahs. I lost a lot of my photos and videos in an accident an I am thrilled that you posted this!!! I had made many VHS copies for the entertainers and my buddies at Capozzoli's. I hope I can share some photos here from that night and my background photo (unfortunately can only be seen in full video on a tv) is my buddy, Tom, Cook E Jarr and myself. THANK YOU AGAIN for sharing something I had lost forever!! Please let me know if you would like me to email some of the photos.

Second comment....The Frank Fila Trio always had the weekend gig there, with Frank on the bass, Pete on piano, and Vic on drums, but Bob Anderson's band tool over and they all played and sang until 6am.

I need to come back and watch this when my eyes are not dilated. lol! What I can say for a fact is that neighborhood is around 70 years old now, and is considerd a bad area of town. Our small business use to make service calls to that house back in the early 80's, when he still lived there. I never saw it in person myself, but our men would come back talking about how grand it was, and how nice he was, as sometimes he would be home when they came, and he would talk to them. I did see his show once at the Hilton, and it was wonderful if you like piano music. I hope someone comes along who will transform it back to it's glory days. The house is over valued for the neighborhood yet, miracles can happen. 10-22-24

@@debbiesawaya4391 Those were probably of Elvis doing his karate on stage during Tom’s show. They never sang on stage together, only after the show in Elvis’ suite.

Such a great way to honor Liberace's memory and legacy by keeping this place preserved. I know he still has many many fans (and will have many new fans in the future). Just remember folks, you can't take any of it with you! RIP Liberace & May your memory be honored for all of time. God rest.
