@@geox6428 this can reduce the pore size without making it drier. But it won’t make it oilier either. For example, I’ve done my wife 6 times who has dry skin and I’m just improving her skin not adjusting her dryness. I’m SPRINTING away from fillers. They hurt, feel weird in the skin, move around and look blue and my skin would occasionally itch then I’d get sharp pain. Sculptra doesn’t have these issues. Hi Sam, I'm suffering from DUPA, and I'm 24 years old. My hair started thinning when I was 18 years old. I went to a dermatologist, who suggested using Minoxidil and Finasteride. I still have hairs around my scalp its bit thinned. Will using Minoxidil and Finasteride help regrow my hair?" Using Minoxidil and Finasteride as prescribed by my dermatologist can potentially help with regrowing hair and slowing down further hair loss. It's essential to follow their recommendations closely and monitor any changes in your condition. Genetically, both my father's and mother's sides have full heads of hair, and my brother, who is 21 years old, does not have any hair loss.
@samlammdАй бұрын
@@prajwalkannadiga8737 of course, can I give you direct medical advice on here but I would say in general finasteride and minoxidil are very powerful to help at least slow everything down. As you know, I’m a big fan of the oral dosing because the oral dosing can hit everything including the Dupa since it is pretty hard to get the topical therapy everywhere, including the donor area.

@@samlammd Thank you for the reply. Genetically, my father and grandfather still have full hair on their scalps, and the same goes for my mother's side. Dear Doctor, I was injected with sculptra in 2010 and shortly after I realized that I had been tragically disfigured. I didn't have any lumps because the injector from this point of view was a good injector, however he repeated the filler after a short time on my poor cheeks. The worst thing is that he didn't explain to me that the effect would never go away. I spent 12 hellish years, suffering a lot for my appearance, I had a small and delicate face and I was transformed into a hamster. The effect of sculptra on my cheeks is like having 3 coats on my shoulders. Is it possible that today there is no solution to at least attenuate the dermal thickness and hardness (sometimes they seem more swollen, others less so)? I'm very depressed
