Your gluten-free substitution doesn’t make sense. There is no flour in this recipe. It is a cake mix. You might want to update the substitution to say a gluten-free cake mix -- if that would work

Like other comments i bought what was labled food gliter from Amazon when i got it the lable said not meant for consumption. Now i make my own im not taking any chances. There was a story where a child at what was labled edible glitter and died from it. I just don't trust the market.

Finally a recipe that doesn’t tell you you need like 10 cups of sugar or it will fall apart and then you get icing that hurts your teeth or gives you a headache
