Do the cops come to your door when it comes to unpaid parking tickets? And do they force you to stay in jail for one night until a check clears? I’ve never seen that in real life

I appreciate that these videos are always called "How People Make" whatever it is, and that there's such a focus on the workers and how important their jobs are. Such a model of respect for others!

Every time Mr. Rogers or my man Mr. McFeeley shows us a video tape about how people make certain items, it becomes very interesting to me and I learn a lot from them.

I used to live in Waterford pa (Depot Road) several years ago, and used to watch the trains go by my house as a kid. I no longer live in that area anymore, but I wish more Alleghany Railroad footage was discovered.😢

I was a student at Chestnut Elementary when this was built and I remember that song that teacher wrote. That song has popped in my head from time to time and I had to look it up and see if it existed, and I found it. Thank you for posting this, it brought back memories.

@@rudycarlson8245 They bought it when Knox & Kane auctioned their equipment after the engine house fire but not sure when actual work started. They sent it to Western Maryland Scenic and had some work done there, I think some boiler work, but the boiler has been back at the Everett for a while now

It's such a shame mother nature took a toll on a tourist railroad. I rode the K&K just a month after the tornado destroyed the Kinzua Viaduct. The Knox and Kane name will live on, though, as a rail trail.

So which 6 chime did the mike have at the time? I want to say it was Southern Pacific because of how it sounds, but I also want to say it’s Nathan because of the current whistle this locomotive has. Just in case if you didn’t know, New Haven #3025 once ran on the Knox and Kane long before the rebuild.
