I guess this tutorial goes back a few years because ACR interface in Photoshop 2025 doesn't look much like what you are presenting. Frankly it seems that Adobe has "taken away" several excellent features in PS 2025. Very frustrating!

Adobe needs to extend its availability. A large group of Balkans countries has no availability for most software. I can't subscribe, nor can 50 other design students, because we don't live in the right country. If Adobe had the proper policy of implementing Netflix pricing levels it would be purchased much more often instead of pirated worldwide. Make your software available so that people can buy Adobe software legally, worldwide. And create a decent 3d software, or buy Cinema 4D to solve those pains.

Directions are not clear whatsoever. You made a color fill mask then started painting the mask. In photoshop, when you paint a mask you erase the mask revealing the original picture below.

I'm having issues with the intersection tool. I use two shapes ( A and B ) to make a new third (C) where they intersect. After that, if I put any shape (D) too close to shape C, the hidden A and B shapes will mess up the appearance. Further, I can't use the intersection tool after the first case or the new shapes will be invisible. Any work arounds? Is there some sort of clipping mask feature so the intersection action only affects the shapes I want?
