The Soviet Union allied with Germany only wanted to take the recaptured territories of the Russian empire and did not want to ally with the German Nazi Scum

A non-aggression pact is not being allies. By your logic France, UK amd Poland were allies with Germany because of the Munich agreement of 1938 and because Poland alongside Germany invaded and occupied Czechoslovakia.
