What to actually do when bull gets up in your face when playing tick: Don't use mine mania gadget, it's very hard to get any value from it outside of hot zone, use it only in ranked when all of your opponents are long range. Now if a Bull or any other close range brawler gets close to you, use the last hurrah gadget. You'll probably survive and because the gadget has knockback, make sure to throw some mines behind them so that they lose more health. If that's not enough to kill them, it should probably be enough to charge your super, and if doesn't even charge your super and they start chasing you, throw mines in front of you as close as possible to you because they are gonna be very close to eachother and if the enemy walks into them it's very likely they'll step on all mines

I think it's usually one of the settings on your monitor... that's the easiest thing to check first. Otherwise, I would consider upgrading whatever device you're on.
