I haven’t got a Cristal ball but spot the man in for a personal injury claim for lung damage and children running around like feral rats, it’s the same everywhere in the RNLI crews thinking SOP’s don’t affect them, it’s the same here using RNLI Tractors to launch and retrieve commercial fishing boats what insurance covers that 😉🤐🤷♂️👍🏻

So, please, less of the uniformed and stupid comments!

Don't let them kid you that they don't get paid. Big fundraising chiefs get paid down at HQ alongside their administration staff, hotel workers, chief engineers/helmsmen. Don't get me wrong yeah they do a great job. It's just a big marketing exercise about not getting paid. I'm ex lifeboat (independent) for many years not one person within our charity ever received payment for services, now that is a true organisation.
