Nine does not work- I change the battery- I just got it today- did everything step by step. It will not work on my phone, or my ddp app - nothing! This makes me angry buying something that does not work.

I don't see the cadence add-on in the Peloton Android app; only a feature to add a heart monitor. Not good... This device is useless for Android devices.

I mounted the sensors on a spin bike "Life Fitness IC1". The cadence sensor works with ZWIFT, the speed sensor (mounted on the side of the steel flywheel). My guess: sensor cannot be mounted vertically, must probably be close to the wheel hub and/or problems with the Bluetooth connection. Any advise?

I'm getting very erratic results with this speed sensor. It stays connected, but the speed keeps jumping between +/- 25% of actual speed. For instance I will ride consistently at 19 mph, but the speed reading will bounce around: 16.0, 16.8, 24.0, 18.1, 22.3, 17.9, 21.8, 17.4, 23.2, 23.6, 17.0, 16.4, 20.4, etc. No matter how I attach it to the wheel or which way I turn it, the speed is all over the place. If the average speed worked out accurately, I wouldn't care, but the average speed (and distance) are too inconsistent as well. One ride will be -10% of distance, -6%, +8%, -2%, +3%. I have the cadence sensor too, and that works great, but the speed sensor is practically useless.

Do you know where to purchase the thru axle adapters? I also have a specialized as you do and would need the adapter, thanks in advance!

I installed the Cadence sensor is morning and paired it with the Polar M450 bike computer. The cadence is not accurate at all, I am not Lance Armstrong pedaling at 130-141 rpm.
