Love this mode. Only thing I hate is the inconsistent mantles and the way aim assist causes you to get kind of stuck on other players

@@petertomasovszki8432 reaching the goal is 600 points plus 1 point for every second left on the timer until the 10 minute mark so that would be 600 + 243 points (4:03 left which is 243 seconds) = 843 points. When they brought the mode back recently, they increased the timer to 15 minutes but when it comes to scoring, the additional 5 minutes are not being taken into account! This was my first day playing the mode and the only reference I had was one YT video of the then current WR and even the now current WR only does 2 skips I don't so if there are "so many skips" everyone except you missed, show us the way lmao

If I remember correctly I have all auto mantle settings off, which might be bad for this mode as I see people mantle a bit faster than me but I haven't tried changing them yet

Sub 6 might be possible but it's hard af, I had one run that was ~15 seconds ahead of this time until the very end and despite not making any real mistakes, I somehow lost that time due to arriving at platforms at bad times and having to wait :( I did find some new optimizations tho, would love to practice them but the mode will be gone again soon... really hope they keep it permanently after 4/20 and maybe even add some more maps in the future!

Actually no, I already quit the game. If you like only having one attack and being forced to parry all the time then maybe you can enjoy it but you're better off getting Sekiro at that point.

This s so pathetic the game was not designed for this, and this effect breaks the game and the console, because too many enemies loaded at the same time overloads the console

Devs have confirmed DMJ is in the game on purpose (and that it was waaaay stronger before v1.0 so they decided to nerf it to a spot where it's still useful but not as ridiculously game breaking as it was before release)! Never heard of anyone's console overheating, I doubt there even are enough enemies in the entire game to overheat a PS5... I've been in the speedrunning community since day one and we are the ones who DMJ constantly and try to get through the game as fast as possible so we arguably spawn more enemies faster than regular players and I've never heard of anyone's console or PC overheating, nor have I experienced it myself in hundreds of hours of speedrunning the game 🤔

I beat this boss first try out of sheer LUCK, and then lost 3 times in a row while trying to help a friend beat him. I didn’t know u had to attack him in order to stop the barrage of bullets at the start of phase 3. I jus kept poorly dodging them until death. Now I know how to dodge that part almost perfectly thanx to u.

This was a long time ago but if I remember correctly there are no lockdowns in main rooms (the ones you have to pass) in NG+ Act 2, only in side rooms 😅

There’s usually a chest pretty close on the left before entering the boss door room. I got the Pylon driver the last time. I think it will make the run much faster since it kills the boss so easily, just melts it.
