We all have abs. The issue is body fat percentage. Having a developed and strong core FIRST is better than having visable abs. Once that muscle is developed, losing body fat becomes easier with a strict diet.

Unfortunately, I never had a visible six pack of abs. You know why because my genetics weren’t anywhere near good enough. The only parts of my physique that have good genetics are my legs and my triceps that’s about it. The rest of my body is mid as fuck. A lot of people would say oh I’m just kind of fat and out of shape but I’m not I perform very well at the gym, I’m gonna be honest I got some fat in my stomach and a tiny bit and my lower back and a little bit on each of my sides do you have any tips and tricks on how to lose that unwanted body fat? It’s stubborn it won’t go away and I try everything diet exercise all of that come from a family who majority of them are overweight and struggle with their weight, I’m just a bit chubby myself. I’m not really fat. I have a lot of muscle. I’m just not ripped so it doesn’t look like I have a lot of muscle unless I flex and have a pump.

Most guys I know who have visible abs and try to maintain them say they’re miserable as f**k because they’re a nightmare to maintain and require constant caloric deprivation. Doesn’t sound like it’s worth it to me.

Tldr: six pack = not eating enough which mean you're not as strong as you could be You people are stupid asf i dont agree with most of what these idiots say but this makes sense i have a six pack so you can trust me when i say its literally just shows that you dont eat food but you train your abs a bit thats it, its betted for your body to have more fat on it so that it can actually function to its best capabilities you obv dont wanna have too much fat but i am 13 % body fat with abs i dont eat enough food right now because im a broke 18 yo but once i get money i want to bulk so my strength goes up and that would make my body fat go up which will most likley take away my six pack so the tldr is six pack = u dont eat enough to be strong or u have good genes. Looks do not always translate to performance
