In the beginning of the clip is the music from the founder of our company Mr Jiri Srnec. It was used in the scene called "the Masks" where the gas mask was presented as dictator who makes efforts to fool parts of humans face - eyes, ears, mouth, nose - and who tries to destroy antique masks... It was a wonderful sketch that was born during communism. There was plenty of dance and especially the second part was very tough. Certainly not a "family show sketch". Until now we can hardly believe that it was not forbidden by the government. Maybe the people responsible for censorship were not bright enough. From 4:00 onwards the music is by a friend of the filmmaker who did this shortcut. Definitely a great music! We have never heard the name of the man even though we asked that the guy who did the filming... He assured us that the composer knows it will be used though and is happy about it.

I've been a fan since I saw a performance - perhaps two - about 40 years ago. I last saw one two years ago. And I'll definitely see them again in my next trip to Prague - hopefully soon. They are superb!

Before the movies and the televisión came the Theathre and then came photography, combining those 2 arts came the movies and the television a lot later, this is a homenage to those who love the craddle of acting, if you're a good on stage theathre actress or actor , you can act in tv or movies, please show some respect who love this, this deserves as much attention as the other 2 you mentioned. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all

I don't understand how the incandescent light does not "wash out" the backlight or expose the secret. What is the technique of using the two together?
@jhard312 жыл бұрын
I think its because live theater training teaches more discipline and technique. Live theater actors can easily perform in movies but the opposite is not so. There are many theater actors stay in the theater and have no interest in movies or television. Theater is much harder, and then there is the instant gratification of the theater.

I don't understand why colleges and highschools give so much attention to theatre, but completely ignore acting for movies and television. It seems very idiotic. Most people care way more about movies and television than they do about theatre. In fact, most theatre houses struggle just to break even with their profits. I'm almost positive mist actors want to be in movies or on television, and it's a damn shame schools give all their focus to theatre.

There ARE colleges with film programs, you know. And it's a good thing schools help keep theater alive.
