Bonnie, strange question - Saw that you're consistently emailing your list. Guessing you want to stay top-of-mind with your audience and get more people onto The Business Coaching Program during this Holiday Season. Have you ever wanted someone to plan + write your emails for you? Happy to send an example email if you're interested. Cheers, Tipu Khan

I had squamus cell cancer right cheek.. they took of a spot the size of 2 quarters stacked. Burned the wound, covered it, sent me to plastic surgeon. He had to cut the circle shape into a banana shape in order to close it. So now I have a 3 1/2 inch scar from just below my eye to my jaw bone. Im 64 yrs. I think I need to ask for a cancer dermatologist to do a proper body scan. My dermatologist, has never mentioned at all. How does she know there isnt more, if she doesnt look??
@BonnieWiscombeАй бұрын
Yeah, once you have history of cancer they should be checking your entire body at least once a year- mine made me come in every 6 months for a couple years and told me what to look for! Best of luck.

she’s right if you just want short-term gains and then all your loyal fan bases goes somewhere else to get the quality content that they were used to. I mean it’s the same thing corporate America Jasmine company gets so big they start cutting back on what makes their company good and then all their customers go away and they wonder why are we making any money and then have 2000 meetings about it and then everything goes belly upso yeah, wouldn’t I listen to this advice
@BonnieWiscombe5 ай бұрын
Haha, yes obviously companies can’t just continuously churn out crap and expect people to care. I’m primarily speaking to newbie solopreneurs who have drama about posting on social media and don’t know how to make great videos and posts anyway. Just taking action, even though it’s not perfect, is exactly how we fine tune our messaging, get feedback from our audience and make small, incremental gains in the quality of our photos and videos. You can’t get better without taking action.

This is so valuable! Thank you. What is the finished placket width?
@bunnanah6 ай бұрын
I just did this in a scrap fabric and I'm glad i did. The front and back pieces were misaligned by about a half an inch. I will try again with a wider slit. 1/2" on either side of the center line.

This will not work for a single working mom of multiple children all in their own activities. I struggle with having any time for myself as I have to be that mom that gets up early to make things work. But that also means that I also have to get to bed right with my children go to sleep. And that’s if they all actually go to bed without getting up multiple times. My children are young and require an hr to get them ready in the morning and at least an hr to get them all ready for bed if I were to include their individual reading, baths, and a tad bit of one on one time putting them all to bed. It’s so exhausting. And I have also realized to prioritize sleep over waking up early to get things done. Thus, things do not get done, lol.

Hey Melissa. You are doing a wonderful job. God bless you and your family. Do what works for you. My sister is a single mom with 4 and I always try to tell her to fill her cup so you can pour into the kids. it looks different for everyone.
@BonnieWiscombe6 ай бұрын
You are right, my friend. Being a single mom of multiple children is hard and requires lots of sacrifices. But it is still possible to find time for yourself. A few suggestions of things that I've had to let go of over the years as I make time for my business: daily baths, doing pretty hairstyles, making homemade meals, doing laundry the "right" way, and even 1-on-1 time with my kids each day. I'm not saying this is the "right" way and I'm not saying it's going to be what you ultimately want. But if you allow yourself a little flexibility with the things you think you "should" be doing, you just might find a few extra minutes for the things that your brain and body need and want. Because you matter too, mama. Check out this podcast episode, I think it might be helpful for you! kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3XXhpmYnJqckNksi=L5k2BZ6z6Kw0MxI2

Hi, thanks for this. Good to hear from a Homeschooling mom. Just wondering what are you little kids doing when you start work? I have a similar routine homeschool in the morning then try to start work around 1pm But constantly being interrupted by the kids
@BonnieWiscombe6 ай бұрын
@@MsAnilakhangood question! My kids are generally reading, playing outside or with toys. It took quite a bit of time for them to learn to respect my work time and they’re still not perfect at it! I lock myself in my office and put a sign on the door when I’m recording or can’t be interrupted. The big kids are pretty good at helping the younger ones get what they need. Keep trying!

Yes for sure- it’s actually easier! You’ll just add the placket cover to the entire length of the gown, instead of ending it halfway down the dress like I did.
