@@snezmil I get it!!! Keep practicing, it will come!! there's more that goes into this pose. Ideally you need a proper warmup to train all the body parts you need And get the mechanics into your body . If you want support with it, this is what I teach inside my program, Yogi Flight School. You get the entire warmup, a LONG pose breakdown (30 minutes to explain EVERYTHING that you need to know about this pose!!) and unlimited personalized coaching until you fly :) you got thisssss

When we push up to pincha should our gaze change to to ground in front of us?
@YogiFlightSchool23 күн бұрын
For pincha, keep your eyes between your elbows. If you lift your head too far forward, you'll create an arch in your back that will make it harder to balance. Keep your neck as straight as possible and gaze between your elbows with your eyeballs. Hope that helps!

@YogiFlightSchool27 күн бұрын
The style of yoga that you are practicing will determine if you hold inside or outside- and also the class sequence. If the class is working on internal/neutral or external rotation of the shoulder joint, it can be cued one way or the other. It does not really matter and is a choice based on style or intention!

Thank you! I have really tight triceps and putting my body weight on them hurts a lot! However, I have been doing more massaging and stretching to relax them and it’s getting better.
@YogiFlightSchool27 күн бұрын
It's totally normal for triceps to hurt at first. It has less to do with them being tight, and more to do with the fact that you're resting your entire body weight on them until you learn to use your core to make yourself a little lighter. Trust that with 2-3 weeks of consistent practice, your tissues will get used to the pressure and it will stop hurting. This is a hurdle all yoga ninjas must overcome, and there is freedom on the other side! Stick with it!
