A feat for the ages, I must admit. But funnily enough, it's about as useful as explosive gel in this fight - mostly due to its speed and the fact that it works on armored enemies.

first time I was playing origins i didn't listen to batman and fought them anyway and won in 2-3 tries it was during my second play through I've found out that this fight was skippable this happened almost a decade ago

This fight took 4 and a half hours to do. And it's harder than it needs to be due to certain buggy aspects of it. For example, the enemy outside counts as a static encounter. Since you were never originally meant to fight all of the cops, they made him his own encounter - along with a few of the enemies in the circle for some reason. It's the reason I can't build a special combo move off him from the beatdown in the beginning. But that's the least of my issues. The guns in this fight are ANNOYING. If a guy aims at you, he won't stop until you do a special combo move or evade over him. If I don't evade over an enemy, he instantly shoots me if I'm too close and I'll drop the combo. Add that with Origins being finnicky with targeting and sometimes attacking an enemy when I wanted to evade, and this is one of the hardest fights to flawless freeflow - for several wrong reasons. It's like the enemies in this section don't have enough AI.

Took me literally MONTHS to beat the parade master alone... Grinding to level I don't even know. Restarting multiple times. I finally beat him a couple days ago. Now I'm stuck on the fire boss in the the factory

After enough time, you'll eventually get better at the game. Especially when you find a weapon that you get the hang of. Just keep at it, and you'll be good

A fully juiced up Chikage with the right bloodgems and 50+ in arcane is the best run of Bloodborne I've ever done. So much fun shredding bosses with it.
