I just want to make a friendly suggestion. If you move the microphone away from your mouth, it will sound a whole lot better. And maybe a pop filter. I wanted to watch this video for good information, but it was too distorted and hurt my ears from audio clipping. Not a criticism, just hopefully helpful.

If the market becomes oversaturated, standout unique homes will sell & be remembered... Especially by people who don't have interior design skills or too busy to upgrade, turn key cool ready

I disagree, if it becomes oversaturated with homes (which is a very far away from becoming) it will be harder to find that really unique buyer for your home.

@@bigmikesellskcyeah I guess it depends on the state and city. We're seeing a lot of house drops and houses on the market some months here but also the pay is imbalanced to the prices. Houses that were 80k in 2007 are 300k now here. And factorys still pay like $18 an hour... I'm just glad we got our home at the perfect time 2017 & it's value & quality is solid. New built houses around here are falling apart too.

@johnnyboyhardkick if you look at the micro economics of the Kansas City Northland you would see why I'm getting extremely excited. There is about to be $5b of infrastructure put in and were top 10 places in the u.s for expected growth.

I lived in Northland KC near Zona Rosa from 2013-2021. Has it grown a lot since then? Thinking about moving back.

Home prices are not coming down in the Northland. I have lived here my entire life (I'm 56) and the biggest issue is the crime creep happening to the Northland.

@@bigmikesellskc I never said that was the reason the prices are not coming down. I said "the biggest issue is the crime creep happening to the Northland", not all the other things you listed. The bridges going from the Northland to KC have been upgraded or are being upgraded. The traffic is actually getting better. The schools are still top tier schools. If there is a teacher shortage, it doesn't just affect the Northland only.

Have been in KC for >10 years. Recently, lived in Mexico for 2 years. I like warm weather and it is so much cheaper and safe down there.

@ I was helping my dad years ago due to his health issues but he’s good now. I love KC. I think it’s a great city…if it were only on the west coast lol. I just don’t like this weather anymore as I get older.
