I get that 1 is pretty standard (though I also find it annoying, at any live show). But 2 and 3 shouldn't be hot takes, that's just unprofessional behavior. Insulting the venue in particular is a real good way to never be invited back

I just realized you prolly don't know what Second City is. It is the worlds oldest and largest comedy theater. Founded in 1959 and home to hundreds of alumni (most notably a SNL favorite spot for scouting). It has been my artistic home since I was 19. SecondCity.com
