@@rawminz117 I just didn’t care for it much as a whole. The start is pretty good minus the hero stuff, but I personally hated the second half and found there was only one episode out of that entire half that I actually enjoyed. Overall I just wasn’t a fan of Tsukumichi Season 2. But that’s just my opinion. If you enjoyed it, good for you. It just wasn’t for me.

I personally feel like you shouldn't take an entire season just for build-up. It just makes the season feel a bit empty since they easily could've slipped in a mini plot in there to entertain people instead of spending all the time talking. At least that's my opinion.

@@JGCAnime What are you talking about? Season 3 was entertaining as hell! Not everything has to be all action-packed like Black Clover or other shonen shows. The conversations and nuances in Season 3 are impeccable. As a light novel reader, I can tell you this season is absolutely essential for what's coming in Seasons 4 and 5. Trust me, when Season 5 comes out, you're going to look back on Season 3 and appreciate it a lot more.

@@michaelg7340 If you watched my review, I stated that I understood not everything had to be action packed as that's not what I was looking for in tensura. I liked watching tensura to see Rimiru protect and build his nation while defending against people who seek to destroy it/bring it down. And the first two seasons do a great job of that with Season 1 even pulling off what I consider to be a great mini-plot mixed in with the world building through the means of the great orc disaster. A story that establishes ogers, orcs, and lizardmen while also creating a common enemy to go against which acts as a sort of conduit to not only show what Rimiru and his people are capable of, but also tease Clayman as the villain for a later season. I just wish that tensura took a similar approach with season 3 since had they incorporated some form of an enemy into the season that would act as a sort of obstacle other then a minor inconvenience, we could've established stuff without needing to have constant meetings every other episode. So if you enjoyed it, good for you. I just wish they took a different approach since it didn't need to be action packed, but I'd have appreciated them doing more than sitting around a table taking for a good chunk of the season.

I think it's still enjoyable. Just not as much as the first two seasons. I just wished they sprinkled in a bit more plot instead of all the talking. But that's just my opinion.

Season 4 will be crazy but season 5 will be one of the most chaotic seasons ever. The light novel goes crazy around volume 13

I understand that. But that's no excuse for the build-up to feel boring. I've seen shows that can make build-up just as exciting as the big events, so I'm not gonna just sit back and avoid talking about how boring some of this stuff felt to me. Still, everyone has their own opinions. So if others don't agree with me, that's fine. I'm just giving my take on things.

If you're referring to Lloyd's appearance, it did put me off at the start, but I was enjoying the story so much that unless those scenes were directly in my face, they were easy to ignore.

Content in season 3 is very dense, and there's a bunch of comedy/slice of life stuff. I hope they cut some of them off except his reconciliation with sara.

Maybe they'll do an ova like for the Eris Goblinslayer arc for her training montage. Which will fill in why there was that one woman showing up to challenge Rudy when Badigadi showed up.

Nah, all parts of the story are vital to Rudy's change and growth.

That's a bit sad to hear. I really feel like there was potential for some great setup that could've been shown instead of told.

29 girls!? Dang. I've only just reached volume 9 and minus one storyline following Hahari and the hairpocalypse which I didn't like that much, everything else has been absolutely hilarious, and while I will say there are some girls that are more meh in terms of their personalities, I don't dislike any of them and still think the cast is a lot of fun and I look forward to continuing the series, as well as see how they adapt stuff for Season 2 of the anime.

@@JGCAnime yeah I agree with you about the meh Hahari arc,and it looks like it'll b part of the 2nd season, as if you've seen the new poster of it, they dropped Easter eggs of gals 12-25 which is awesome as well as Haharis longer hair and the spirit bomb. As for the voices, they got an explosive win with Megumin (konosuba) voicing Iku. Jan. Cant get here soon nuff heh

The voice of Megumin is playing Iku? That's gonna be an interesting experience when you take Iku's personality being similar to that of a certain crusader in the same anime as Megumin.

I haven’t technically started S3 since I’m saving it for when I start rewatching Konosuba from the beginning so I can remember everything that’s happened up to this point, but I have seen clips involving Iris and while it’s kinda hard to picture her voice on Meme, I’m interested in seeing her performance and how she’ll bring the shy doll maker into the 100 girlfriends story.
