Excellent advice Cam! In fact a lot of these principles could be applied to life in general. I know I've fallen into some of those traps. What advice would you have for an older, hobbiest player like me to help keep my hands in shape? I have been having some tendinitis issues with my picking hand. Thanks Keith! Appreciate the support as always man. I’ve learned a lot this year about general hand/arm and postural health this last year working with a bunch of people from the Sports science world and would like to at some point talk about this stuff. It’s tricky with those sorts of issues but what everyone seems to say is that movement is medicine. It’s just finding maybe a good practitioner who can help (osteopathy has been best for me and my back, shoulder and hand issues last 2 years). It’s just learning the right sort of stretches and exercises that help alleviate the stress on the tendons and muscles man

@CamBirdMusic Thanks Cam! I have found some stretches and exercises that help. My main issue has been soreness and stiffness in my thumb joint, right hand. I've found an ice pack helps too.

@ build quality mainly and country of manufacture man. I have literally dozens of students who have bought SE PRSs and I have two myself as well. They’re epic in their own right in their price range brackets you can’t find much better

This better than the trailer...but it comforms Supermans theme does belong in a tock version. Rock is Rebellious. Superman is traditional and boyscout. There is only one superhero theme that works in Rock...My Hero Academia...it works because it drops the Rebellious distortion and discord and rlelvates the inspirational tones. If you can do that with Superman it would be absolutely legendary

hey man can you help a brother out, I play guitar for 1 year and a half and still fucking suck balls. My only practice is trying to learn songs that I like of songsterr / tabs. I do this for atleast 1 hour a day. Can you give me a simple generic practice routine that I can follow everyday. Metal is what I want to learn. thx
