NR18/19/25/26/27/28/29/30/31/74/75/86/109/110 are all owned by pacific national and leased to journey beyond for there services

They can be used on frights when not required on journey beyond services like over the summer period the Ghan doesn't run

@@WizardBladesTV yep it's their longtime contract. & they provide the locomotives and crew to operate these trains. so most of the Indian pacific/ghan/overland and great southern locomotives are mostly made up of nr classes that are rostered on both passenger and freight duties

It's the the last run of N119 witch up until the 3/12/24 it was a V set from the 4/12/24 it has become a D set so yes it's the last run of a V set on N119 cause on the 4/12/24 it become N811

The V sets are around for awhile yet, only 2 D sets are clear

You may have similar locos but 4833 has always operated in Australia it was bulid for the nsw government railways back in the 50s it was also bulid in Australia

D set test train run most days if you look on anytrip the run numbers usually start with A letter A: EG- A654 or Y467 or G455 they will go into central most days for non under own power it's train number 4178/1477 for the north and for the west it been 7478 and south coast it's 91?? A locomotive from SSR usually pulls these normally G513 or 8049 but others have been used anytrip is your best bet
