A few good tips that actually might work....though most are `hail mary`s`(you`d br lucky if they worked in a real fight).... Agree with the palm stroke to the nose or that region ...uslly you should aim for the area below the nose...so even if you miss you either breake the attackers nose or teeth or you hit his chin....lights should go out....unless he`s a lot larger and he has an iron jaw. The rest of it...ummm.....in the end....as the saying goes `the way you train is the way you`ll react (in a real fight)`....If we he no experiene in a real fight...chances are we won`t do very well ne matter what training we hae.... Dolph he said is 6`5.5...thugh a slim 6`6.6...so he has his height and strong jaw line...so he can intimidate his way i guess out of most possible fights. But in real life bad guys attack in gangs. Almost never alone......so the best way is to run and not engag if possible.... Even in rocky 4...though he did put on some muscle...he did still look a bit on the `slim`side....epecially in that white body-suit...i guess even for him putting on mucle wasnm`t easy...even though he admits to having ued geroids for 10 years on and off.....he could have bene A`thicker`..if he was on different training program....but the camera ngles worked
