lol You can beat some of the men calisthenic world champions in static moves. If calisthenics was big 10 years ago, you would be hailed as a goddess. Only a few calisthenic athletes can hold manna. None can shoulder dislocate like you can. Hope I become as strong p4p as you one day.

I am very sad, I have not been able to train, I have to work and I have little time, it is not the same to fight for your dreams more than 8 hours to have to work and train later, my body no longer feels the same, my dreams are fading . I hope you understand me, here in Mexico it is difficult to get ahead, I want to fulfill my dreams I do not want to be the excuse, I know I have the talent and I do not want to waste it, I know I am different I do not want to be like others, please give me some advice

Solo has el tiempo y entrena y no voltees atras. Solo haslo

Good to see you posting again! Yay! Question: how much do you manage to train now that you have kids? I'm wondering, because I don't want to have kids and barely have enough time to train with work. So next year, I'm going to move to Montreal and train full-time because that's the only way I have to improve further. An other question: when you learned, you were trained by Yuri Bozyan, right? What was a typical day like for you at that time? And now? Thanks again for posting. You don't have to reply to my questions, but I would be very interested to know the answers.
@lusine20016 жыл бұрын
I train about 1-2 hours a day, trying everyday but that does not always happen. I got the technique with the years of doing it, so now I just keep what I have. having kids does not interfere with what you love doing, you can always find time for everything. I have ben trained by my father not Yuri Bozyan. Yuri Bozyan was trained by my grandfather. I was trained as a kid and times of training vary with what you are learning. My training use to be around 6 hours a day, now it takes less unless I am learning something new.
