@@samuelshamston8275 it would be awesome if there were some realistic tutorials. The gas fireplace I show in the video is challenging to get apart, and I won’t lie I wouldn’t have clue how to manually get it to start up. I am assuming all need electricity to kick on a pilot and to open the gas jets? Educate me, maybe you might change my mind!

Thank you for quick reply. My base is tue tempuroedic ease and legs are removeable and 8 was told could be placed on a platform bed. My thought was to get a thin bunkie board solid to put over slats for more support for weight of base

@@antoinettedavis8923 that sounds like a reasonable course of action. I would inquire at your retailer you got the adjustable base from to confirm so that your warranty is intact. Fingers crossed it all works!

I have hope. I purchased a bed with storage drawers and slats but I have an adjustable base. Did you place the adjustable base right on slats or use something to add more support for slats? thank you

@@antoinettedavis8923 it would need to a specific style of adjustable base that can rest flat. Many bases have moving mechanisms and motors that stick out when flat. You would need to see if yours is capable of being put on a flat surface without any leg. If so, I would recommend a solid base, not slats to ensure you have the needed support.

@@christianrodriguez9400 ahh yes we have heard that too! We rarely hear anything but hide a bed where we are located in Saskatchewan but I know there are lots of other places that use other terms. Alysa and Jesse have lived in Ontario for a while, and they called it a sleeper sofa. Because the furniture industry has moved to calling it a sleeper sofa, on our social media channels I often call it that, but off camera it’s still a good ol’ hide a bed to me :)
