@@colinfulton9988 - Yes, Danie's previous band 'The Featherz. (which I first worked with in 2013) did it. Slightly different chorus but a killer track I loved immediately. Danie should be a national treasure. So yes, I've always loved this track since 2017, it's also on an album called 'Five Year Itch', a comp of The Featherz work, I believe I play on four tracks. Maybe do a bit of research, you'd probably love The Featherz, I did. Cheers.

Great job. What's the story of the Super Yob guitar?
@SLADYWORLD12 күн бұрын
In the heart of a bustling city known for its eclectic music scene, there was a legend whispered among musicians: the Super Yob guitar. It was no ordinary instrument, crafted from rare woods and adorned with dazzling, ever-shifting inlays that seemed to dance to a rhythm only the guitar knew. But the most peculiar thing about the Super Yob was its mystical origin. The story began decades ago with a guitar maker named John Birch. Birch was a master luthier, famed for his skill but haunted by the memory of a lost love. One day, he decided to create an instrument unlike any other-a guitar that would sing his deepest emotions and echo them into the hearts of others. He spent days and nights in his dimly lit workshop, gathering pieces of wood from enchanted trees in the old forest, and precious strings spun from silver and stardust. The Super Yob guitar was born on a stormy night, when lightning struck the workshop, leaving behind only John, his masterpiece, and an eerie, otherworldly hum that filled the room. From that night on, it was said that anyone who played the Super Yob would be possessed by a divine inspiration, their music infused with an energy that could touch souls and move the heavens. Word of the guitar spread, and soon, it was sought after by musicians far and wide. But only those deemed worthy could play it, as the Super Yob had a way of choosing its players. Many tried and failed, their fingers slipping, their songs falling flat as if the guitar itself were mocking them. Then one day, a young street performer named Dawn appeared on the scene. Dawn had been strumming a battered, second-hand guitar for years, busking in the subways and under the neon glow of the city’s downtown. She was no virtuoso, but there was a sincerity in her music, an aching honesty that even the city’s hardened hearts couldn’t ignore. One night, while playing outside an old, abandoned music shop, Dawn noticed a glimmer through the dusty window. It was the Super Yob. Heart pounding, she pushed open the door and walked inside. The guitar stood in the dim light, leaning against a cracked amplifier like it was waiting for her. She hesitated, fingers brushing over its lacquered surface, the inlays flickering to life under her touch. When Dawn played the first chord, BABY BABY BEBEH!!! the city fell silent. The low hum of traffic, the chatter of passersby, even the screeching of subway trains came to a halt as the Super Yob roared to life. It sang of triumph and loss, of love and longing, the notes wrapping around Dawn like an embrace. Her fingers flew over the frets, every song she had ever dreamed of playing coming to life in an instant. The guitar’s magic flowed through her, and for the first time, Dawn played not just with her hands, but with her heart. The music was so powerful that it seeped out of the shop and into the city, reverberating through the streets like a pulse. People stopped in their tracks, some with tears streaming down their faces, others with wide eyes, unable to comprehend the beauty filling the air. It was the sound of a thousand unspoken dreams, a song that had never been heard before but felt like it had always been there, waiting for this MOMENT. Waiting to feel the noize. When Dawn finally stopped playing, the Super Yob fell silent, its inlays dimming as if in satisfaction. She looked down at it, and in that moment, she knew. The guitar had chosen her not because she was the best, but because she was the truest. And from that night on, Dawn’s name became known far and wide, not just as a street performer, but as the one who had awakened the Super Yob’s magic. And in the city that never slept, there was a new song in the air-one that would be played for years to come, wherever people gathered to listen, wherever music was born from passion and not just skill. The Super Yob was more than a guitar; it was a reminder that even the smallest, most overlooked voices could, with the right touch, make the world sing.
