My experience with these camera's, in general, is that they are terrible in sunlight. In some circumstances, whilst daylight driving, you cannot see anything on the screen at all due to direct sunlight 'washing out' the screen video. I have the WOLFBOX G930 4K 10" Rear View Mirror Camera and I bought this for my wife as we have a vehicle that she will be driving that's a convertible with a tiny rear window. I thought this would be better than a traditional mirror but I was wrong. So be aware of this issue for it's a real issue that can leave you blind of traffic behind you in certain circumstances. You'll need to use side view mirrors, but alas, that's not what you bought this for, is it? Another issue with these camera's is if you're far sighted (you can see objects at a distance without issue) but you require reading glasses up close. Welp, you will NOT be able to clearly see the screen and read it because now your using your NEAR sight, without the aid of corrective reading lenses. It will be out of focus and the only way to see it clearly is to use bifocals but even that is awkward given the reading portion is at the bottom of a bi-focal lens and now, in this peculiar circumstance, you want to look through the upper portion of the lens for reading correction because of course the screen of the mirror cam is above you in the vehicle. Now you might think it's the same scene whether you're looking through a mirror or the camera screen. It's not! When you're looking in the mirror the objects are still (physically) at a distance (focally) behind you and so you have no problem seeing them because you can focus at a distance. The screen however projects an image that's a mere 12 inches, or less, from your eyes and you cannot focus on it. There are ways to adjust for this, electronically, but I've yet to see this implemented on any rear view camera. And yet one more issue, objects that are captured by the rear camera, at least for this camera, appear on your cam screen to be farther away than they actually are. In other words, if a car is 15 ft. behind your car your perception of that vehicle may be that it's 25 ft. behind because of the way it's displayed on the screen. This takes a while to get used to, especially when changing lanes.

In a few years, this technology as it improves further, will eventually replace small backup generators as many states begin to withdraw gasoline generators. I've been looking at this technology for quite some time, but have not yet pulled the trigger and do away with my genset backup solution.

I can tell you wolf box can be better, issue is their software. You have to stop record to readjust settings other issue is every time you lose an hour on the clock after you set it and shut your engine off I tested other mirror cams they don't lose 1 hour on time. It's a good cam but like I said wolf box has software issues.
