Sameer bhai meei UP ki gadi hai. Delhi me sec 184 red light jump ka notice aya hai ghar pe mobile pe nhi. Delhi trafficpolice ki site pe check kia to status to be sent to court for adjucation aa raha hai. Though i can contest but mai pay krna chahta hun. Lekin payment ka option nhi hai abhi may be 15 din purey hone baad hi virtual court me pay kr pau. Abhi 3 din bacha hai 15 din hone me. Kya karu? Helpline no. Pe call bhi kia wo bol rae mobile no. Update krwao cyber cafe me jakr.

According to me evidences on my chalan was in correct. So I filed a grievance report online but they rejected saying "grievance verified, found correct. Please pay." What next now? Do I need to wait for this chalan to reach to the court or what?

Sir meine redlight skip nahi ki thi firbi police waale mujhe force kar rahe thee for chalan they said 0 ka kar raha hu , he imposted misbehaviour charges and red light jump on me , i didnt jump the light i even requested him to check my dashcam and their traffic cctv but he did it do i have to pay it ? Challenge karke toh physically court jana padega ? But i am very sure i didnt jump the light i dont have my dash video anymore since it gets auto dlt in 12 hrs ...

For red light jump it is a non-compoundable challan and you have to pay a visit to court which you will shortly get all details through SMS. Yes, definitely you can challenge but you must have time and money( to hire an advocate)for same.

Aap apna license no. ya gaadi no. daal lar check kijiye ki koi challan pending hai ki nhi.. echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan is website par check kar lijiye pata lag jayega🙏 Vaise helmet ek compoundable offence.
