Some of the girls need to learn the cheers more thoroughly and a lot of the motions you use are used in a lot of your other cheers... Lack o variety. Sharpen up, get louder, and watch your inflections. Also, this squad seems excessively large. You guys have the spirit, you just aren't presenting it.
