I bought a set of Ducky Midnight Pro linear switches. Otherwise they are good but there is one problem though. At the resting position if the switch has been like that for a while it's sticking when you press it. If you press it again after one stroke it's not sticking anymore until you let it rest for a while.

@@AngryChineseWoman I've bought some sample switches between the deep whale, kailh midnight pro, and the other brands such as the silent bluish whites and silent brown from TTC. There's a nice writeup from another guy on reddit covering most of these switches. The whale switch has my favorite feel, being very.. mechanical with a lot of resistance then turning into a linear feel as soon as a threshold is reached, so it's very binary. It's somewhat quiet as well. Love it. As a box switch though, some ticked really loudly. One was so loud it ticked as loud as a non silent switch. After some prolonged use others started ticking as well. The kailh midnight silent pro was nice and has a silent downstroke, but it's return is pretty loud. Louder than the TTC bluish whites and TTC silent browns, which was disappointing. The quality control and tightness were pretty good at least.

My kailh 8.0 started having a double click issue, popped the switch open and tried bending the spring to maybe give it a little life back but sadly it did not have that pop/click feel anymore. Only had my mouse for about 11 months or so. Sad times but i hopefully replacing the copper spring fixes this

That's just too fast. I used Ohmron 50M click for 2 years before it need replacement. Looking for something like kailh 2.0 and hope it could last a year

did you click so much? my Kailh black button which has 5M clicks lifespan lasted me 1 year. I did FPS gaming quite a lot, at least twice every week. I just replaced mine with 8.0 yesterday and now quite worried with the actual lifespan.

Your tolerances have no slack, your housing is made out of polycarbonate instead of plastic polymers with glass fibers, your stem is ultra high molecular weight poly ethylene instead of polycarbonate.
