I agree with you, it was not a good video. It was some of the first few videos I started Learning about how to do it and did not have any idea how important sound is. Hope you managed to least understand the video and it may have helped you.

Nice video man. I remember this race. Definitely my worst after-race feeling. 10k in i felt okay, and definitely my best 10K time for my half marathon race, but dang, the humidity suddenly destroyed me, dripping wet from head to toe.😅😅

Hey Michael, yes agree it’s monotonous to be lonely. I run with Safra toa payoh weekly basis. We run on big groups and its well organised training specifically targeted to such races. Join is if you want.

Few other possible reasons 1. If mobile, need both Bluetooth and wifi need to be on and connected. 2. Firmware on device need to be to latest, app version also need to be updated.
