Excellent video, however, there are actually five regions. You left out Speyside. (How very dare you!) Much as I enjoy my Glencairn glasses, my absolute favourites are my snifters. Never have I had a problem with spilling half the contents on the pub floor when swilling for aroma. Then again, I don't tend to swill using the Dennis Lillee bowling action. Hurrah.

How could the British isles go from being a real beer Mecca with wonderful British beers in all pubs to a cheap, offensive lager-swilling lout-house?! There are many beers which are tasteless and dull. But Fosters is actively bad. 1664 is just dull. Thank gods for the Craft-beer revolution all over the world. But none of it is a patch on great single-malt, of course..

I recently started using the Glencarin Glass and love it, best glass for Scotch, Bourbon and all Whiskey really.

Tip: I have found whole sets of Glencairn glasses at thrift stores, perfect condition and at under 50 cents each. Before you drop $ online be sure to do a thrift run, you can find some real gems.
