Triple step is left right left with a little tap and hop while stepping?

The little tap hop you are seeing is a byproduct of the 4/4 pulse we are keeping the whole time, so I wouldn't worry about making those details happen. Your first triple step will be left-right-left and your second right-left-right. Cheers!

Is the Lindy Circle at the end just the 8 count basic moving around in a circle or is it another specific move?

Good question! I would say any "move" is just footwork + shape. In this case, the Lindy Circle is the specific move, the footwork is the 8-count rhythm and the shape is us going around in a circle. -Nika
