by "normal" it's kinda not so normal but I enjoy it. I work as a driving instructor for a few different promotions companies and manufacturers. actually pays better than any racing related stuff i've done

It's seeing videos like this that make me appreciate all the little guys in the sport so much. To the average person watching on TV, they see "Brad Perez" or "Josh Bilicki" or "Cody Ware" and have no idea who they are and just see a name in 30th place and go "oh that guy sucks," but they don't understand how y'all are just normal guys living out your dreams, while having to work 10x harder just to survive and make it into a race at all, let alone finish and finish well. True fans see you guys and appreciate the work you put in, it definitely takes a crazy amount of dedication and work just to get a foot in the door in racing, and very very few people can do it
