Turn it slowly as you pull it out evenly. It has the o ring on the housing making it hard to come out.

V6 in the truck should be illegal. It takes a lot more throttle to get moving vs v8. But that’s what i could if afford 24 years ago 😀

big favor plesae when you first start your mach 1 what are the rpms initially. mine are spiking to 2 or 2 1/2k i think my IAC is going bad.

It usually idles at 1200 and idles down to the 800. Take your IAC off and see if your gasket is good. If you take your intake pipe, you will see small hole before throttle plate, put your finger on it see if it will lower your rpm

That’s what i thought so too, but so far i added 140 lbs, cut off 35. So I’m 105 lbs in with brackets and steel. Considering that car weights 3650 lbs plus 105lbs it’s not bad. But for sure I’ll put the car on the scale when I’m done. It would be cool to know.

How did you remove the quarter panel window?

I used Windshield Removal Kit from harbor freight and pulled it around. Just know there are 3 plastic pins that line window up when they install it from factory, using the kit, you will have to cut it. No other way around that i know. When reinstalling the window, just tape it in place where you think it’s spaced out evenly. Good luck

I have a 2004 325ci convertible. Getting the wire routed to the front was not easy as the seat doesn't fold down. I found there is a straight run on the driver's side where the wires went to the CD changer. I could easily get the video cable fished through the rubber grommet from the inside to the back and then pull the video cable through into the car and run it along the door panel up into the dash. There is only a small gap from the radio chamber, but again, it is okay to fish the wire through it. Go from the trunk lid across the back of the convertible storage tray then down to the CD changer location. The channel is just inside of the wheel well bump. I hope to make a video when everything is complete.

Getting there. Will be welding this week and painting it. Than it goes under the car, need to build few pieces still, like transmission mount, need to get smaller shocks in the rear and chassis is done. Will pull engine on Stang soon too.

No one changes a throwout bearing unless they just put a new clutch in and the bearing you just replaced is bad from minute one. In my history of owning 7 Mustangs, 5 of them manuals I have in fact had a brand new throwout bearing be defective and noisy. Fortunately, changing a clutch in a Mustang is really easy unless it is a Fox body with welded X-pipe/exhaust and long tubes.

Man this is so awesome. I gotta question though. In the previous video, how did you figure out exactly how far up the strut towers needed to sit? Did you measure off the mustang?

Thank you! I went to junk yard and i measured few spots in the front end before i cut the front strut towers to make a jig. Also i used my mustang to measure off. It came out really good.

Reset the pcm after 02 sensors replacement Also take off carb and clean it really good. And put zip ties of gas pedal cable inside the truck to bring it up if there is play in the cable. Helps alot.

Yes, you should get it as the DSB makes the voice and sound more crisp. This is not amp but digital sound enhancement.
