I installed one of those today, what a nightmare. Couldn’t get it to latch until I left one little white gas cartridge out. Is this normal? All the other ones I’ve installed have two screws one for speed and one for latching. And the speed screw all it is, is a friction plastic rubbing the hinge to slow it down. I can’t see it lasting
