Excellent observation. This is indeed the police scanner from GTA IV, and its inclusion in mods like Vice City Nextgen Edition demonstrates how well classic elements can enhance modern adaptations. It brings a strong sense of nostalgia while maintaining an immersive experience in the gameplay.

I imagine if GTA III, GTA San Andreas and GTA Chinatown Wars gets the Next Gen Edition, with that huge enhancement that includes the GTA IV police scanner, and in GTA III's case, that could make Claude speak more, and in Chinatown Wars' case, bring it just like GTA IV, bringing a huge sense of nostalgia, while keeping an immersive experience in the Gameplay. And I wish Chinatown Wars would have been part of the Episodes from Liberty City, what a huge mistake made by Rockstar not include Chinatown Wars on it.

I totally agree with you! A Next Gen Edition for GTA III, San Andreas, and Chinatown Wars with those improvements would be a dream come true. Also I noticed that when approaching army base, the soldiers spawn even outside by the flags If entering most times there will be tanks before you go to the place to hide with the garages/34000 volt door(also I have hid there at tumes and it's a perfect place to hide from the tanks/severe soldiers

@TrevorGaminga No problems,but for the protagonists, 2 of then purchase helipads while on the other hand, Trevor owns a hangar by taking it away from the bikers and killing them to make it his. It's also less than a minute from his home, he can easily access any vehicle/aircraft he stores/purchases online.

The mod I’m currently using does not support the selection of voice lines for Johnny and Luis. However, weapon customization is fully functional, allowing for changes to their arsenal. Additionally, there are numerous ragdoll mods available, and I’ll certainly be incorporating one of them for future rampages to enhance the experience!
