Just bought a 2005 525. Already has SM Pro wheels and an engine rebuild. I just need to make her prettier. New Plastics, new decal kit, new bolt kit, LED headlight etc. I cannot wait for this adventure!

No melting, just heating up, makes it easier to get bearing in.

Beringer 310mm. L'ho cambiato però. Ottimo disco per utilizzo pista. Per strada unpo meno.

the inner hub was out of its tollerance, got the braking 310 mm rotor, its working well

sai come si cambia la centralina? Io ho un liberty 50 4t del 2002 e si blocca sui 60, vorrei cambiare la centralina ma non so le operazioni da svolgere una volta cambiata

Nice! I have a 525 supermoto. Is this an easy engine to work? Costly?

It may look complicated at be beginning, search online for the 525 service manual, follow step by step the manual and you'll see that it's a lot easier that you initially thought. The only thing is that ktm stopped producing some parts so be a bit creative with that! Good luck

Bellissima come è venuta fuori, io ho il suo successore, il 530, ma cambia poco alla fine, secondo me la line "500" è la migliore. Per caso sapresti dirmi dove hai comprato la mascherina con faro led?

What is the difference between smr and exc model?

mine is an EXC with sm wheels and long transmission rate final drive, axial to radial brake caliper support, with 4P radial beringer brake caliper.. the REAL SMR models Had radial fork leg and a totally different internal trasnmission Rate!

@@Kuritonroxi The EXC with supermoto wheels, is a better bike or road use. the gearing is more suited for the road. I have one it will cruise at 80mph nicely, an smr is not really any use on the road, although they are good fun.

Ciao, mi consigli l'acquisto di un ktm datato come il tuo ? Hai riscontrato eventuali problemi dati dal fatto che la moto non sia molto recente ? Avrei intenzione di acquistarla anche io, mi potresti dire che manutenzione fai e quanto spendi per farla ? Grazie in anticipo

Salve nicolo, la manutenzione che faccio è una manutenzione ordinaria di cambi olio come da manuale con olio x cambio, pulizia del filtro aria ogni 3 uscite (o comunque in base al quanto è sprorco, cerco di mantenerlo sempre pulito) pulizia generica della moto dopo ogni uscita, ogni 80/100 H cambio pistone, le spese sono un po delle incognite in quanto variano in base a se fai tutto da te, oppure ti servi in officina. In ogni caso durante la stagione che uso il 125 spendo una cifra che si aggira sui 200€ al mese circa, considerando cambio olio, filtro aria e tutto il d'intorno per tenerla pulita, poi di straordinari spendo 150€ al cambio pistone e circa 600€ per rifare il motore ogni 350/400 ore

@@nicolopanzeri1517 come cifra ho calcolato una cura profonda della moto considerando uscite anche durante la settimana, ma ovviamente se non la usi a base giornaliera per uscita enduro la spesa si riduce

@@ronxdriver ma va 200€ un mio amico ha un k la manutenzione ce ma niente di incredibile poi spendi un bel po in benza quello si, ma 200€ di manutenzione al mese secondo me son troppi massimo 120€ ed è gia tanto

@@bearlusconi3915 beh, tutto sta nel quanto uno Usa la moto e come, se la usi per andare al bar in un mese spendi più di caffe che in manutenzione, se la usi per fare enduro più volte a settimana 200€ sono anche pochi .

@@ronxdriver comunque volevo sapere anche una cosa ho visto il video dove impennavi il liberty ho anche io uno scoteer (un aerox 50) secondo te con 70 trophy,carburatore 17.5 ,variatore malossi, frizione malossi che marmitta mi consiglieresti sono indeciso tra sp3 leovince o una rr un elaborazione spinta giusta per avere la ripresa per impennare ?

@@francyrider407 considera che il mio motorino ha 70Dr albero TPR e 19. Per impennare ci vuole una taratura da ripresa, la marmitta non conta tantissimo, di più è il carburatore che conta. Se hai altro non esitare a chiedere. 😇
